Most of the machine parts are imported from Japan, Britain and Germany. These components are under strict inspection before warehousing. For the unqualified products, we will require the supplier to replace or refund. There are enough components inside the warehouse, so we can solve the machine problems for customers very quickly. After the machine is finished, at least three engineers will be assigned for the commissioning. Problems arising during the commissioning will be recorded and reported to the general manager. Then, they are solved one by one.
