1. When customers show interest in our products, we will invite them to visit our company. According to customers' needs and the sample provided by them, we will make a proof using the customer-specified machine. If customers have no time for the visit, we will send the proof to them. Samples are free of charge, but the freight is paid by customers.

2. When the ordered product is completed, we will invite the staff from the customer's company to inspect the machine and learn. We will send a specialized engineer to teach the staff about how to debug, how to conduct daily maintenance, etc. This process will continue until the staff knows how to operate the machine skillfully and this will generally last for a week. The date of delivery varies for different machines. Slitting and die cutting machines will be delivered within a month and the flexo printing machine is within 40 days. The delivery of resin printing machine is two months and that of offset printing machine is two and a half months.

3. Our company has a powerful after-sales team. There are more than 30 commissioning personnel. After the machine has passed the inspection and is sent to the customer, our commissioning staff will go to assist in the installation and commissioning till the machine works normally. A one-year warranty starting from the delivery day is provided. If there are some small problems arising during use, we can solve them through the phone. If the problem is serious, we will immediately send our staff to repair, trying to minimize customer's loss.

4. If the customer wants to add a function for the machine during the purchase process, our technical and production departments will examine the requirement. If the requirement is acceptable, we will conduct corresponding design and production. Staff from the customer's side will be invited to learn during the assembling process. We will also send workers to help them install.

5. We are dedicated to building the brand of ZONTEM, so OEM service is not available.
